Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Diploma Civil Supervisor Job Vacancy in UAE to oversee and coordinate site activities for high-rise and major civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on site experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with multi-national teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Report project progress, issues, and requirements to project engineers or site managers.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently at the site.
Review site drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3 to 8 years (Gulf experience preferred)
Skills:
- Proficiency in Hindi communication (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of high-rise building projects
- Excellent supervisory and site coordination skills
