Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Prata, Goreng items, and South Indian dishes according to traditional recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
• Ensure proper use of ingredients and minimize food wastage.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ingredient preparation, and food presentation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age Limit: Born between 1983 – 1989
• Experience: Must have Malay or Singaporean (SNG) cooking experience
• Education: Not mandatory, but culinary background preferred
• Skills: Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and prata-making techniques
• Work Ethic: Hardworking, responsible, and able to work long hours
• Visa Type: Singapore S-Pass

Employment Details:

• Job Location: Singapore
• Position: Cook (Prata, Goreng & South Cook)
• Working Hours: 12 – 14 hours per day
• Leave: 1 day off per month
• Salary: SGD $1200 per month
