Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split, window, cassette, and ductable units.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues and perform corrective repairs.
- Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and service records for each system handled.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule.
Requirements:
- Date of Birth: 1987 – 1996 (E Pass Eligibility as per Singapore regulations).
- Proven experience as an AC Technician / Mechanic in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and HVAC components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and overtime if required.
- Immediate availability preferred.
