• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during busy hours.
• Manage ingredients, kitchen inventory, and assist in menu planning.

Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th / Diploma / B.Sc in Hotel Management.
• Experience: 1 to 8 years in Indian cuisine (restaurant or hotel).
• Strong knowledge of North Indian gravies, tandoor operations, and spices.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain kitchen discipline.
