The candidate should possess strong expertise in preparing authentic South Indian parottas, flatbreads, and related dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, texture, and presentation. A background in hotel management or culinary arts, along with hands-on experience in restaurant kitchens, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook different varieties of parottas and flatbreads with consistency.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and ingredients.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely service.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / B.Sc in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience: 1–5 years in a similar role.
- Specialized skill in Parotta making and South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple orders.
- Strong commitment to food safety and quality.
