About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer Job vacancy in UAE with 3-10 years of experience in civil construction projects to join our team in Dubai and Sharjah. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities, ensure quality standards, manage resources efficiently, and maintain safety compliance across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site operations.
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site technical issues.
- Maintain proper site documentation and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3-10 years in civil construction projects
- Proven experience in managing construction sites and supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and standards is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 3000 – 5000 AED per month (₹72,000 – ₹1,20,000) based on experience
- Benefits: Accommodation, Transportation, Medical Insurance provided by the company
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day
