Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, soups, salads, and sauces.

- Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute innovative ideas to improve the food offerings.
- Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- In-depth knowledge of continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
