Urgent Hiring for Delivery Boy Job in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and other items accurately and efficiently within assigned areas.
- Use G-Map and location tracking tools to identify and follow the best delivery routes.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the given timeframe.
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle cash, receipts, and tips responsibly.
- Keep delivery equipment (bike, uniform, safety gear) clean and well-maintained.
- Report any delays, accidents, or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Graduate (minimum qualification)
- License: Valid Indian Driving License (two-wheeler)
- Technical Skills: Google Maps, basic smartphone handling, navigation tools
- Soft Skills: Punctuality, good communication, customer service mindset, reliability
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: AED 1,000 per month
- Commission: AED 5.5 per delivery
(Average monthly earning: AED 2,860 / ₹93,000 based on 20 deliveries per day × 26 days) - Tips & Incentives: 100% paid to the rider
- Minimum Orders: 400 per month guaranteed

Recruitment Process:
- Submit Passport, CV, passport-size photos, and Indian driving license copy at our Chennai office.
- Attend an online interview (Zoom/Telephonic) with the UAE client within one week.
- Receive an Offer Letter upon selection.
- Complete a medical test as part of the visa process.
- Visa will be issued within 10 working days after medical clearance.
- No Advance Payment – Charges are applicable only after visa issuance.
- Air Ticket will be provided by the company.
