Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily warehouse operations such as receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and pack materials or products according to standard procedures.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with regular inventory checks.
- Operate material handling equipment (if trained and authorized).
- Ensure that all goods are handled properly to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Follow the instructions of supervisors and adhere to company operational policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift or move heavy items.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and workplace discipline.
- Willingness to work overtime or in shifts if required.
